A programme of educational activities, addressed to young students and professional dancers, has been promoted by the Directorate-General for Contemporary Creativity and Urban Regenerationof the MIBAC, as part of the exhibition. The programme, articulated in a series of performative workshops curated in collaboration with the Cypriot artist Christodoulos Panayiotou, takes inspiration from a ritual dance of ancient Greece, the “Dance of the Cranes” which, according to various sources, would have been choreographed by Theseus to stage and visualise his exit from the complex labyrinth of Knossos, following the defeat of the Minotaur. During the workshop week, the participants will have the opportunity to work together with Panayiotou to reflect and actualize the historical myth in the context of the maze of Neither Nor. For more information on the workshop and on how to participate, please download the open call from this link. The deadline to apply is October 4.
